    I have a 2100DC backup pump system which was continually signaling that it had run when it had not. I was unable to reset the system. Ultimately, it turned out to be a faulty float switch. When I replaced the existing float switched, the system worked perfectly. Happy I was able to purchase this part through Sump Direct. It was delivered in a well packaged box and in a timely manner.
