I found this same pump on 2 different sites. It was $80 cheaper on the other site. I chose this one because the other site stated that it would arrive unlabeled. This made me suspicious that it may be a knock off brand with unknown quality. I talked to someone on the phone at sump direct, who told me that this is the manufacturers pump. When it arrived, it was also unlabeled. I don't know if that means it was not the manufacturers pump or maybe they leave off the label so it can't come off and damage the pump in use. The box also did not have the part name on it, so I suspect it is no different from the other company who revealed on their site that it would arrive unlabeled. They should probably include the same disclaimer if that is how the pump will arrive.
