All SumpDirect orders ship for free unless otherwise specified here:

• Expedited orders - orders other than carrier ground shipping.

Shipping Methods

Products can ship using various methods and come directly from the manufacturer. Typically, orders over 100 pounds will ship freight, while smaller, lighter packages ship via ground. Some shipping carriers do not require a signature and will deliver your order without someone present at the time of delivery.

Receiving Your Order

When you receive your order and before attempting to use any product, Inspect for both visible and concealed damage. You should also look to make sure that no parts are missing or broken. If you discover an issue, let us know right away.

Shipping Damage

On rare occasions, a package can arrive damaged. Some concealed damage may not be readily apparent, so you should inspect the shipment thoroughly upon receipt. Next, let us know immediately so we can ship a replacement as quickly as possible.

Order Shipping Notifications

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. When the order is processed, you will receive another email notification indicating the order is "Awaiting Shipment". When the order ships you will receive an updated email notification with "Shipped" status and a tracking number.
