Damaged or Faulty Product Replacement
Products damaged during shipping or arrive in faulty condition will be replaced at no cost to the customer. Please send pictures of damaged product to sales@sumpdirect.com.
Unused Product Return Policy
Product purchases can be refunded if returned within 30 days of date of purchase. No product refunds are accepted after 30 days. Return products must be returned in original packaging and not have been installed. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. SumpDirect does not refund shipping charges. It may take between 3-10 business days to receive the refund after receipt of items in new and working condition.

The information collected by SumpDirect on our website is not sold, shared, or transferred to any outside parties. It is only used to customize your experience with our website and process your orders.
Delivery Methods & Timing
All orders are processed during normal working hours (8am - 5pm EST) and within one business day of receipt. Products are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or Freight and subject to the shipping carrier's timing and delivery.
Will Call Pickup Orders
Pick up order from Metropolitan Industries at 37 Forestwood Drive, Romeoville, IL 60446. Please call 815-886-9200 to confirm your order is ready for pickup. Will Call Desk closes at 3PM.
