My replacement inverter arrived quickly. The folks at Sumpirect and Metropolitan Industries were very helpful in helping me to diagnose the problem. Would buy from SumpDirect again.

Good while works
Sumpdirect service and delivery was top notch, will certainly buy from them again. As for the inverter, this is the third one in 6 years. I replaced the original which was under warranty, but was told by ION that they wouldnt be ace it again. 3 years later, the inverter started passing to much wattage and overcharged their $400 battery to the point it got swollen. Bought anew one because i didnt to change the whole set up but not acceptable for a product worth several thousand dollars. You’ll find other people with same issues in youtube. I would suggest checking another system or be ready to replace it often.
